A multi-tenant operations platform for Instagram and Telegram creators: unified inbox management and auto-reply automation, fully bilingual, built to run the daily message load that creators otherwise handle by hand.
The Problem
Creators with an audience drown in direct messages. The inbox is the business: questions, orders, and collaborations all arrive there, across more than one platform, and manual handling does not scale past a certain following.
The Solution
One dashboard that connects Instagram and Telegram accounts, centralises the inbox, and automates replies with configurable rules. Multi-tenant from day one, with row-level security on every table and a fully bilingual English/Farsi interface.
The Story
Where it started
Built for a real market gap: creator-economy tooling that assumes a Western SaaS stack does not serve creators whose businesses live inside Instagram DMs and Telegram chats. Smart-Direct started from the actual workflow of creators managing their audience by hand.
Where it is now
Core platform built: inbox management and the automation engine are implemented, with the full bilingual system shipped. Currently in pre-production hardening, being audited against the same launch-readiness standards as every other project before it goes live.
Where it's going
Bulk messaging, more platform integrations, and production launch with observability from day one.
