Now

What I am focused on right now, across all my projects. This page exists because a static "about" does not tell you where my attention actually is this week.

Currently

Growing Havnwright

The website has found its shape: free renovation tools for UK homeowners (cost calculator on real 2026 prices, planning checker, grants guidance) with no account needed, while the contractor side runs fully in the mobile app. Current focus is growth on both, and publishing renovation articles as part of the content engine.

Building Publishora

Social publishing platform for solo founders. Deployed with domain registered and legal pages live; platform app reviews are the current gate before it goes public. Aiming for a working version I can use myself first, then open up.

Extending Seer

The operating system I run above every project, grown out of the Founder Knowledge Graph. Moving from reactive to proactive: supervisors that watch across projects and surface things I should know about before I ask, plus a governance layer that audits and gates every repo against a shared standard.

Writing weekly

One blog post every Tuesday. Topics come from whatever I hit during the week across the projects. If you want to follow along, the blog is the place.

Not working on

Publishing on external social platforms at scale. Taking on client or consulting work. Starting anything new before the current products are in a strong place. Saying yes to things that do not serve the products I have already committed to.

Reading and learning

Mostly deep in my own projects and the problems they surface. Reading the changelog of the tools I depend on, and paying close attention to how AI tooling changes week by week. Not currently reading books, which I wrote about honestly in this post.

Inspired by nownownow.com. A /now page is a short answer to the question "what are you up to these days," kept current.
